This website, brantleywillis.com, is operated by Brantley Willis, a licensed real estate sales associate with Keller Williams Gainesville Realty Partners. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give me
When you submit a form on this site (for example, to request a Custom Market Report or to contact me), I collect what you enter:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Property address and your timeline, if you provide them
- How you heard about me, and any message you write
- Whether you agreed to be contacted by call or text
The form also records which page you submitted it from and, if you arrived from a link with tracking codes (for example, from a mailer or email), the source of that link.
If you call, text, or email me directly, I receive what you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
- Site statistics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- Spam protection. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm a person, not a bot, is submitting. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device for that purpose only.
- Security logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes standard technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Calculator entries
The net sheet runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to me or stored by this website unless you choose to send it to me. A PDF you download is created on your device.
How your information is handled
Form submissions are delivered by email to me. They are not stored in a database on this website. I use your information only to respond to you and to provide the real estate services you ask for. I do not sell or rent your information.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that Brantley Willis may contact you by call or text message at the number you provided about your real estate inquiry. Consent is not required to use my services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell me at any time.
Who else may see your information
- Keller Williams Gainesville Realty Partners, my brokerage, as required to supervise real estate activity.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and delivers form submissions.
- Anyone I am required to share it with by law.
How long I keep it
I keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet brokerage and legal record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where the law allows, by emailing brantleywillis@kw.com or calling (850) 718-8391.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
